Conditions for returns and refunds of subscribed plans.
Before subscribing to any of our plans, users may try the application for free and become familiar with its features, characteristics and limitations.
For this reason, once a purchase has been made, the fact that the user changes their mind, stops using the application, considers that they no longer need it or simply no longer likes it does not, by itself, constitute a reason for a refund.
Subscribed plans grant the right to access the service for the acquired period, in accordance with the features and conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Users will have the opportunity to try the application before subscribing to a paid plan. By making a purchase, the user confirms that they have had the opportunity to learn about and try the service and that they are subscribing to the plan they have selected.
Cancelling a plan prevents future renewals, where applicable, but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the period already subscribed.
This policy does not limit the rights applicable to consumers under applicable legislation. In particular, requests arising from a breach of service, an unauthorized charge, a billing error or any other justifiable circumstance in which there is a legal right to obtain a refund will be honored.
If you believe there is a problem with the service or your payment, you may contact our customer service team so that we can review your case.
Before completing a purchase, the user must confirm that they have had the opportunity to try the application and that they have read and accepted the terms of service and this refund policy.
