Controller

The controller of your data is Match Color Lab. For any privacy matter write to soport@matchcolorlab.com.

What data we collect

• Account data: email, name, password (stored as an irreversible hash even we cannot see), subscribed plan and time zone for usage metering.
• Usage and security data: editor usage time, latest IP addresses and login records, used to prevent abuse and protect accounts.
• Payment data: payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Your images: processed in your browser or temporarily on the server and automatically discarded. We do not store them, make copies or access their content.
• Contact messages: whatever you write to us by email or from your panel, so we can reply.

Sign in with Google

If you use the «Continue with Google» button, Google only shares your email, your name and a verified account identifier. We never receive your Google password. You can unlink access anytime from your Google account.

Cookies

We only use the technical session cookie needed to keep you signed in while using the editor. It expires when you close the browser. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

What we use your data for

• Providing the contracted service (access, plans, usage times).
• Keeping accounts secure and preventing abuse.
• Answering your support messages.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data for our own purposes. Only the technical providers essential to the service are involved: Stripe (payments) and Google (if you use its login), plus web hosting. They all process data solely to provide the service.

Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Images are never kept. Access logs are limited to recent movements for security.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability of your data by writing to soport@matchcolorlab.com. To close and delete your account, ask through that channel and we will process it.

Minors

The service is not aimed at children under 14. If you are a minor, use it with a responsible adult.
